3. Customer Content and Transaction Documents

You retain ownership of the documents, transaction records, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and route Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and to the parties you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents necessary to upload Customer Content, including any personal information of third parties such as clients or counterparties.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are described at the point of purchase and in your account. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.
