Frequently asked
The short version
How does a document reach the right party?
Provenance routing. When you upload a document, Orcastrator knows which role needs it and places it there automatically — with a record of where it came from and where it went. You upload once; everyone who should have it already does, without forwarding or guesswork.
Who can see what I upload?
Access is deny-by-default. No one sees anything until they're explicitly granted it. Buyer and seller stay walled off from each other, and every share is deliberate, logged, and revocable — so sensitive files never drift to the wrong party.
Do the people I share with need an account?
Not to view a shared document. Sharing uses a secure magic link that opens the document directly — no password, no sign-up. The same magic-link mechanism signs primary users in: one click, no credentials to manage.
Can I see the history of a document?
Yes. Every document carries its full history — who uploaded it, who it was routed to, who opened it, and when. The transaction room is the record, so you always have one clear, time-stamped trail instead of scattered inboxes.
What if I shared something by mistake?
Because every share is logged and revocable, you can withdraw access at any time. Revoking a share invalidates the link, and the action itself is recorded in the document's history.
Can I run a deal from my phone?
Yes. Orcastrator is mobile-first — transaction rooms, uploads, sharing, and approvals are all built to work from your phone, so you can keep a deal moving from anywhere.
Still need a hand?
Talk to a human.
If your question isn't answered above, email us with the transaction address and what you're trying to do — we'll get you unstuck.
